Hazelwood - September 6, 2018

Jill's Birthday Month choice!

It was a nice day, but no room on the patio.  That was ok in the end because the airplanes were definitely taking off via the North/South Runway, which would have been a big distraction and put a damper on conversation.  It was great to have a delicious restaurant in the Mall of America area though.

• The drink on the "current specials" was "Cucumber Pear Passion, they were out of it, and they offered no replacement :(
• We ordered appetizers to share.  They were delicious (see below)
• We recieved bread and butter for the table!  It was very hot and very uniform.
• The Minnesota Caviar was glorified chips/cheese with delicious corn.  SO Worth your time.
• Becca was incharge of cutting the Smoked Gouda Hashbrowns and she did it perfectly into 6.
• No one really shared dinners here...just the appetizers!
• The sides on the Iowa Pork Chop were so good.
• There was a coffee shop next door that sold Sebastian Joe's ice cream, we didn't make it over there before close though :(

Dinner tonight was at Hazelwood. We had “MN” Caviar and Smoked Gouda Hashbrowns for apps - highly recommend both. Dinner pics are Peppercorn Salmon, Iowa Pork Chops, Santa Fe Salad, Rotisserie Chicken, Shrimp & Scallop Clay Pot with a side of beets and Grilled Meatloaf. Bonus-we were able to watch planes fly past ✈️ #Hazelwood #minnesotacaviar #smokedgoudahashbrowns
